Once the three of them were together on the other side, Officer Stevens gave them the thumbs up and pointed to his watch, mouthing the words “twenty minutes”. Meg chuckled and the trio made their way to the service entrance.
Meg was concerned at first to find the door locked, but a few seconds with a pair of hairpins and Sabina has the lock undone. “Either you watch far too many old spy movies, or you have some secret life we all don’t know about.”
Sabrina grinned. “Let’s just say I’ve dated some interesting people who’ve taught me a trick or two, and I’ve done some freelancing. I keep my ‘tools’ to things that can pass as normal items to find in a woman’s purse so no one bats an eye at them.”
“We’ll talk about your ‘freelancing’ later.” Elaine opened the door and checked inside before motioning them both in.
