"Very good," Kerrigan agreed. Her own body was tensing and untensing with anticipation, but as it was, the other Cerebrates still roared their arguments back and forth.

At last, though, she seemed to have gotten her answer. "May your hunt prove fruitful, and may you join us quickly in our attack against the hated Protoss homeworld," Cerebrate Daggoth broadcasted, and its words struck the minds of every Zerg.

Kerrigan's did not. She was silent for a moment, and then her eyes flicked to River. "I don't join," she said, some displeasure on her face, "I lead."

River grinned, stepping closer to Kerrigan. Yes, Kerrigan would lead, and she would help her. "Dance first? Deal with them later?"

"Soon, they will be too preoccupied with taking Aiur," she spoke, sending a signal to the humming forces behind her. They moved, suddenly, a thousand Zerg swarming down the cliff towards the unsuspecting men and Protoss below. "Now... the dance begins."

With a laugh River joined them and as they reached their surprised enemies she launched into a dance of stabbing and slicing. She whirled from target to target as if changing partners in a country dance, and they all fell at her feet.
