Almost sick, but not...tutoring trauma...and looking forward to class for once!

Yesterday I felt nearly sick. It was not a good day! Lack of sleep is a BAD thing!!! It was a rough day, but I made it. I forced myself to do more than I should have :P
Mainly...I went ice skating!!! I was trying to decide what sort of exercising to do. When I realized that the Conn rink must be open by now. So I headed down for a little skating. Me and my Three Doors Down CD :) It was fun! I whizzed around on the ice and listened to my new CD (which is good! yay!).
I slugged through the rest of the day. In the evening, I dragged myself outdoors to go to the chapel to see Eric's Chamber Choir concert. It was very nice music :) They sang Bach's "Magnificat," which was funny because Ben's choir is going to be performing that piece in December! So I will be seeing it again, hehe.
I slept well last night, thank goodness. And the heater worked all night!! it was wicked hot when I woke up, but I made it through the night and that is what matters. I really needed that sleep!
I felt so good in the morning...so wonderful to feel healthy again! I got so motivated I went to the gym...then I felt sick again because I went before I ate anything :P But then after I ate I felt really good again! hehe.
I got SOME work done today. Research for a final paper, which isn't due for a long time so yay for me for getting ahead on things like I should!! I also read an executive summary of the "No Child Left Behind" act. We are having a guest speaker about that today in class. I am actually really excited for this. This is something that directly effects me as a teacher and is something that is of great interest to me. I hope this speaker is good. I am very interested in hearing what he has to say about the truth behind this act!
Well, I gotta go to class...but I will finish this update later and write about my impressions of the guest speaker!
