what do you guys do for references in an application? i've only had one job so far, but i think with that i can account for professional references. however, when it comes to personal references i get stuck. who do i put down? i don't keep good contact with my friends, it would be rude to just call all of a sudden to be my reference. can't do ( Read more... )
