i've been on this 'diet' that i've been doing for nearly two months now, this must be the longest i've lasted on a healthier eating plan hah. i've tried numerous times before to diet in years gone by but i've given up or lost motivation in 2 or 3 weeks. i feel like i'm seeing results slowly, so this is making me carry on and keep motivated i guess. i'm not obese or anything haha, but i dont feel comfortable being the weight i am, i just want to loose some excess weight and tone up and feel better about myself really.
