I want to write an actual entry, but I am too tired. Maybe this weekend.
ANYWAYS, I was serious when I wrote my last entry about losing weight and making the necessary lifestyle changes to do so.
SOOOOO here's the stuff I've been doing lately:
Stats:
50 mins on treadmill (walked approx 3 mi)
10 mins on elliptical (apparently I did .8 something on that. >_>)
I also did weights, but I'm too lazy to give you specs. Let's just say that I will be pretty sore tomorrow.
I am also considering trying to get 15-20 mins of physical activity in the mornings before I get ready for work. It might let me spend less time at the gym, but like I said, the commuter rail schedule sucks. I'll have to investigate the buses. -_-
Also, I am going to attempt keeping a food diary for the next month or so. I have a nifty food scale so I can weigh and get caloric counts as well as other nutritional information. We'll see how long I can keep this up. >_>
