czarina & nicole were trying to think of intro songs for people. when they came to me, they wanted something chill but feisty. [i was chill at the time but they have seen me
on the brink of feisty.] they concluded that my theme song should be by lauryn hill. my jaw dropped. & then czarina said, “everything is everything! that’s your song.”
oh wo-ow. =O
that was a bigger achievement than my diploma.
i presented a bit for orientation today, & - well - i still love presenting. i also really enjoy the seattle u housing & res. life staff. scott threw three articles at ivory & me & looking over them makes me wonder if i am grad school material right now. i also still kinda like meetings. is that weird?
i saw a scanner darkly by myself yesterday. i liked it. ‘not one of my favorite movies, but i like it & disagree with all the paranoia/druggie-bashing that others around me critique it with.
interestingly, that was only my second time going to a movie theatre alone, the first being for
