SMB3, once again
I thought she was just being careless, but then I noticed a pattern. "Are you clearing out all of the blocks?"
"Yeah," she said, "it's too easy otherwise." She narrowly dodged a hit. "But the sad part is I can't clear out the bottom row. He'll die right after he hits the first one there."
Bowser died. Luigi saved the princess, who made a dumb joke before telling him off.
Mario 3 is better than I remember. There's so much packed into that game. The Shoe of Kuribo! The giant world! The grabby-hand levels in world 8! The coin ships! The N-spades! The overly-desirable and underly-useful Tanooki and Hammer Bro suits! That one underwater level in world 7 that's impossible without a frog suit! The otherwise-uselessness of the frog suit!
The game is way better with two players, though you'll inevitably spend the entire first world battling each other, longer if you're more patient/vengeful.
