Mocha Kahlúa Cheesecake
While he has always made Kahlúa Cheesecake, my boss had never attempted Mocha Kahlúa Cheesecake, and a lot of other bakery items.. Because it was just him working with food, and he would never have time. With me working under him though, we were able to put our brains together and came up with this.. And boy did it turn out great.

Today I made a total of 8 cakes all together. I'm going to be decorating them up tomorrow, so expect some more pictures up soon. I've also been preparing quite a bit of desserts for a golfing event my mom is holding on Friday night, so it's safe to say I haven't grown bored here yet.
Now to go make some caramel. ♥
