ISO Jabber expert w/MUC experience

BSR is looking to confer with an expert on Jabber, specifically one with experience on MUC. We would like to abandon our AIM-based chatroom by the end of 2011, but we continue to have problems getting the same functionality out of Jabber. Do you know someone who could help us?
