I can confirm that the first ballot cast in the federal election in Jeanne-Le Ber was for the NDP. I know, because I cast it ^_^

I always liked that place. It has a better atmosphere than most of these -- hand-painted murals, and all that weird Catholic paraphernalia that you'd never get in a megachain because they'd be trying too hard not to offend.
They're the first place most people (myself included) in Verdun go for video games.
