Suggestions for restaurants for company xmas party...

Good morning all,

I'm just wondering if anyone has any suggestions for restaurants in the downtown area that we could use for our company Xmas party. We're planning for the 9th or 10th of December and need a place that meets all the following:

• We can rent either the entire place, or at least a whole floor (we expect around 100 attendees).
• $20-$40 a head
• Can cater to vegetarians
• Plenty of on site or local parking
• Readily accessible by public transit
• Preferably can do some sort of cocktails/appetizers/buffet starters before the main meal so people can stand up and socialize
• Preferably sit down main meal but can be buffet, set menu or a la carte.
• Preferably allows bring your own wine
