Is there a big public library in Montreal?
I tried to visit the website, but it didn't prove to be very helpful. ...Most cities have some sort of large MAIN BRANCH-- where is it here? And does anyone know if memberships cost money, and what might be needed for the membership (as far as ID, etc)?
