Looking for a roommate
So I decided to give up trying to use my extra bedroom as a home office. I got my bookcases and sewing desk in there, but that was as far as I got. I've been here for about 5 months and my computer is still in the living room. Bah!
Anyhoo, I'm now looking for someone to inhabit the second bedroom and bathroom (Yes! Private bathroom). The apartment is at Rocky Point and features the following:
*Dishwasher
*Washer/Dryer in unit (if you really feel like doing the laundry mat, there's one within a few yards)
*balcony with pond view (also a decent view from the bedroom window)
*Security system (have to have a land line for it, but it's there)
*Really close to a number of bus stops
*Two really cute boy kitties (1 year and 3 months)
*Non-smoking (outside smoking might be possible)
*Cable internet (Cable TV is possible) with cable hook-ups in the bedroom
*Safe quiet neighborhood with cool neighbors
*Pool
Rent is $400/month plus 1/2 of the utilities
