Mary had run back to the hotel this morning and grabbed some extra clothes. Gunther had refused to go back at all until the bugs were gone, and it was still a little too loud for her to feel productive

Price peered into the living room, arms crossed.

"Coping mechanism?" he asked, ever the brilliant conversationalist.

"I actually like cleaning. It keeps me grounded," said Mary, looking up from her sweeping. "How are you enjoying this little camping trip?"

"Beats the last one I had," Price said, referring to the 'trip' to the irradiated ruins of DC. "But any place with a warm bed suits me just fine. How are you enjoying it?"

"It's different, but at least I don't have to listen to the greatest hits of Celine Dion," said Mary with a chuckle. "It can be good to have a change of pace. I don't think I've ever seen Gunther so relaxed."
