It's actually "The Ballad of Barry Allen," a very cool song by Jim's Big Ego, but here it's adapted to Wally West with footage from the "Justice League" and "Teen Titans" animated series.

A few days back rather than writing his usual great insightful LJ entries he began posting those blasted videos from the highly addictive YouTube. One of them was the opening to the anime series "Marine Boy" as seen here.

It got me remembering, and searching, and searching, and watching vid after vid on YouTube, until I found this:
