Hm...well, my theory was simply a theory, and thinking back on it, it makes no sense whatsoever because why would Peter give a crap about Lovino and it sounded as if Peter had only been hired recently in All Mochi Go to Heaven.

I've never read or heard of the Screwtape Letters (and I've never read Paradise Lost @.@), but maybe I will look it up~ I've actually got a question though...was Crawly a reference to Good Omens, or is it just a coincidence? I'll be kind of happy if he is because Crowley was a bit of a semi-inspiration for my RP muse as well XD (Plus Good Omens is my favourite book ever)

Well, really it's just working off of that last one since it says he's gone to work as a human again. The only issue is that it was started around when Gilbert was first introduced, so I need to change things around to fit what was added to the canon since then. But I can work with that! In fact, I think I like the new ideas better than what I originally had planned. (The other issue is that it kinda has a PruCan bromance-like-thing and I'm not sure how well that works into the main canon BUT I'LL GO THROUGH WITH IT ANYWAY AND SEE WHERE IT GETS ME.)

Oh damn this is a dense comment.

Honestly Peter was a bit of an arbitrary placement, and not much thought was put into it (I also wasn't aware of this card deck detail, nor was Pidge I don't think.)

I highly recommend both the Screwtape Letters and Paradise Lost, although the former is MUCH shorter than Milton's opus. Also yes, Crawly was a complete and utter Good Omens reference. The entire AU is chock full of different allusions, mine just tend to be not subtle at all.

And as far as the last paragraph, I believe Pidge has things planned so I'd talk to her. I only dick around in fic after we've been capslocking for far, far too long.
