My mum went to Jack Stanley's dance school as a kid. On her first lesson, the teacher told her he liked her arm moves and told the class to watch her. I used to watch Solid Gold. Darcel, the lead dancer, ended up with a braid so long she used to tuck it into her belt. Oh, the fun times I had watching this show. Watch for the dancer who almost knocks herself in the head during the John Lennon song.
