Something for the Weekend?
I'm heading North to Johnshaven in about ten minutes. Off 'home' for the weekend. Funny how it's still 'home' when I own my own house, and I haven't lived with my parents for more than a couple of weeks at a time since I was 18...
Anyway, plans for the weekend include:
Getting drunk
Having a lie in
Going for a walk (may not happen due to weather/hangover/getting sidetracked by the internet)
Do some homework
Finish editing road trip
Post the stuff I've got written for NaNo
Teach my Mum to make Bouillabaise
Play lots of tunes with some old friends
...while getting drunk...
Make it home in time to watch the football on Sunday afternoon
And by football I don't mean that stupid Man Utd vs Chelsea pish, I mean the TOON whooping Pompey's ass. TOON TOON blacknwhitearmy etc. etc. You get the picture. Oh, and I may post something else if there's anything of note to report - depends how the drinking goes. So - hope everyone has a nice weekend, and you all have lots of fun doing... stuff. As I said to oh_the_delight t'other day, "you've got the monkey permission slip of fun, so get to it young lady". (I'm so going to have to make an icon of that...)
And that goes for the ones who aren't young ladies, too.
Or ladies at all for that matter.
Or who're only ladies at the weekend.
