Hope everyone had a healthy and full holiday :) I cooked my very first turkey today and I think it came out fantastical....my apple pie wasn't too shabby, either. For a little apartment (and kitchen) I think we made it work. Luckily we cleaned dishes inbetween dinner and dessert, so there wasn't much to clean after everyone left.
We're watching National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation, Josh's tradition, so I'll update more tomorrow.
