Had an interesting afternoon today, the biggest earthquake in Japan since I have been here hit today.

It was pretty weird. The initial quake lasted for probably 10 seconds. During that time my room shook and things fell off other things. Over the next hour or so there were 3 or 4 aftershocks that i could feel. The city made safety warnings over the huge PA system... interesting day.
Fortunately my bottle of tequilla didn't quite fall. It was about halfway off the shelf before I moved it. That would have been tragic.
