It's no news to my friends that on a fairly regular basis, I see a therapist to help me with my life's challenges. Those same people will also already know that I believe everyone, at one time or another should do the same...

Well, one of the "tools" that I've learned over the past years has been that whenever I'm in a highly emotional state and feel like I need to "spew" emotionally, I first write it down, read it and then keep it (or simply throw it out). Well yesterday, I used this tool, except, I actually sent it to the person! I guess I’ll just have to wait and see how this plays itself out :-)
