We've always had problems with our phone line here in this house. Whenever the wind blows the line comes loose from the pole and we get no dial tone and if someone tries to call in they get a busy signal. The funny thing is that we've never had any problems with Ed's business line which is on the same pole but set up 2 yrs later. We've had the

My cell phone number: it's one digit different than the George Washington University hospital in D.C. I get wrong number calls at least once a day.

"Hi, you've reached the personal voicemail box of VWILLIAMS. Please leave a message after the tone, however, if you are calling for GWUH, please hang up and call xxx(-1)-xxx-xxxx. You have dialed incorrectly."

I used to get SO annoyed when people leave messages on my phone even after hearing that. But I also felt bad because these people are probably looking for loved ones that may be sick or injured. One time a high school kid called my phone. He sounded like he had been crying. He left a message saying he was looking for his mom - he thought she might be in the emergency room. I called him back and gave him the right number, and told him I hoped his mom was all right. Now I don't get annoyed as much. I consider it my little contribution to society ;-P

So that's what happened. I called you yesterday, got the message, called the new number and got very confused. So I left a message on the cell.

I have had all kinds of problems with my cell numbers. One number was given to me and to some guy with a psycho gf. She'd call and threaten me to stay away from her bf and to give him back his cell. Another number was recycled from some chick named Tammi, who must have given her number to half of the east coast. The most recent number, apparently someone named Riccardo gave it to his non-english speaking wife, and she thought he was having an affair, I had to have someone in spanish explain to her that this was not Riccardo's cell phone. A girl named Michelle also gave the number to her father in Oakland, CA, and he had flown to NYC too bring her home and couldn't find her. I wished him luck, but told him that this is not her number and has been mine for about 6 months.

M - Got your postcard today and was talking to rob today about coming down to San Antonio in say April or May. Can you email me ( or give me a buzz ) and let me know what kind of things are going on around then? I am also going to talk to my co-worker Karen and see what's up with her. If you can let me know some tips... maybe hotels or something that would be reasonable, I'd appreciate it even more.

Cool. Fiesta will be going on and there's tons of things to do at that time.

Aurra is doing better this morning. Yesterday was pretty scary. She had a lot of internal bleeding.
