Quickie update to say yes I'm alive, but massively busy to the point of essentailly dropping off the face of the internet. Will update soonish.

Okay, so I haven't updated for a month (again, lol). Man I'm bad at this :-P

Work's been going well. We're about to head into a major milestone, and I have some pretty cool real work to do for it. Still lots of learning to do though, and I need to get better at not introducing regressions. Ah well, nothing new there, lol. Ask my old coworkers :-P ( Read more... )

I'm not dead!

I don't have internet outside of work (Yes, I'm at my office at 11:15 at night)...think I may have found a place to live, that's about it, will update when I have my computer back (which may be a few weeks from now yet).

BBC says the new companion for Doctor Who's 4th season will be Catherine Tate. Y'know, the Runaway Bride. I'm not sure I'm terribly happy about that, she was a bit of a whiny bitch. WEll, Martha will be back halfway through, but we'll see...

My past week has been pretty damn busy, which isn't a bad thing really. Brought in my resignation to my manager, he was very disappointed but wished me luck nonetheless. Word is spreading around work, people giving me the congratulations, which is nice. One of my co-workers has pegged me for pranks before I leave, heh, we'll see how that goes :P

Here's my customary airport post. It's gone smoothly so far. Just waiting to board now. 3 hours ahead of a flight my ass though. Stupid checkin wasn't even open until 2 hours ahead of time. Meh. Ah well, have the latest episode of the doctor on my ipod to watch. <3

So I figure, I really really ought to update more often. I mean, I've had this journal for what, four years? I used to write in it every single day.
