So overall this ep had some good and some o_O eh??™

Firstly- don't have demons tracking angels via computers. It stinks of Charmed. And not in a good Julian McMahon shirtless way.
Secondly- Metatron is cartoonishly villainous at this point. Gadreel may be very old but he did not get enough of the angel-brains from the angel assembly line.

Jared is wonderful to watch in multiple roles, and I liked how seamlessly his Gadreel and Tahmoh's Gadreel matched tonight. Oh and right TAHMOH IS BACK YAY!!!
You know what that means? I may yet get my Tahmoh and Sam and Kevin shut up Kevin is gonna be there okay? sparring sequence in the MoL gym.

[OMG OMG]SAM AND DEAN GO UNDERCOVER AT A SPA - Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean (Jensen Ackles) investigate recent murders where the victims were hundreds of pounds lighter after their deaths. Suspecting witches, the two go undercover at a fancy day spa that all of the victims had attended for weight loss. While Sam is hired as a fitness instructor, Dean takes kitchen duty....
there were other words here also but I couldn't read them because FITNESS INSTRUCTOR SAM!!! OMG IS IT MY BIRTHDAY? NO THAT'S IN SEPTEMBER IT MUST BE MY MAKE MONI HAPPY DAY THOUGH SAM SWEATY TEACHING THINGS ABOUT EXERCISE AND THE MUSCLES
SAM AS A FITNESS INSTRUCTOR?? DID YOU SEE THAT I TYPED ABOUT SPARRING AND THEN THIS SUMMARY COMES OUT YOU GUYS I HAVE THE POWAH!!! I CAN HAZ SAM IN TANK TOP AND SPANDEX AND THE FLEXING AND THE SWEATING!!
