Lyrics meme! And winter break update
Break's been good. Not much to report. I've been hanging around at home, working on my a capella arrangement quite a bit. It's really time consuming. I'm arranging Love Will Come To You by the Indigo Girls, as of the songs on our list I deem it the most necessary to have ready to perform at Love Sucks, our Valentine's Day show.
Went skiing at Afton Alps last week with Mitcho and Tai-Jin. It was surprisingly fun, even though after having downhill skied at Lake Tahoe, Afton, MN is kinda pathetic. Like...the longest run is over in 30 seconds. But I built up my confidence and can actually ski more difficult stuff now without having to wipe out on purpose to stop myself.
Ice on the roads sucks. Wow, does it suck. When it's hovering around 32 degrees and it rains, but the ground is colder than the air, as was the case Monday, the results are highly slippery. I tried to turn a corner, my car failed to turn, so I swerved back to avoid hitting this lady's minivan, and kept going until I could turn around and come back to try again.
