After many futile hours spent trying to figure the proper way to enter data from a K-1 541 into a California schedule CA (540NR) I’m about to throw in the towel and seek out a CPA. Seems I screwed up my taxes, and my youngest's, by claiming him as a dependent when I should not have. I will have to pay more but he'll get a little back from this. PitA! I have two 1040X submittals and two RI1040X's on top of these ( Read more... )

Done! I've been waiting for my program I use to maybe drop in price, and it did on Saturday. I almost bought it for $29 Friday night, but it dropped down to $20 the next day :o)
