(TV TV) I’ve been watching the Prime Original series “Pete the Cat,” and enjoying it. The characters are sweet and supportive of one another without being schmaltzy or preachy. The stories are light and fun, colorful, and I like the retro-sixties feel they present in their telling; I’m enjoying these way beyond the book series*!

The narrator, Don Was, reminds me of a lower key Sam Elliot, and Pete’s dad being Elvis Costello is trippy in itself.
