I wish I had the power of the right choice making ability...
so.. I have a bit of a dilemma. If anyone who knows any back story to my life reads this and has advice to give, I would be most appreciative.
So I have to move. We all know this. I had been planning on moving back to my first apartment I lived at on my own. Everything was pretty much set. My mom called to tell me they had called her to check on my rental history, and everything looked good. Then she called me again and said that the owner of the place she works at.. my beautiful apartment in Waukesha.. is so desperate to get his places rented that he would let me move back over there. I wouldn't have a lease, I'd be month to month. $500 security deposit, $600 a month, second month free. Garage, my own washer and dryer, dishwasher, 1 and a half bath, 2 bedrooms.. basement.. I just HATE the owner. He made my life such hell. So did my mom. Do I want to do this? It's such a good deal.. then Dan could move in and if we hated it there, we could move out at any time we wanted.
Matt really wants to move there. I'm just so torn. I have no clue as to what I should do.
