No, you are not hallucinating; I am actually posting an entry. Wow, it's been over four months since my last one . . . This semester has been kinda busy for me. So now that it's over, I'll have plenty of time to keep you all posted on the exciting activities and thoughts of me. Lucky you. :-)

So, last semester in a nutshell, short and sweet:

-Cousin's wedding in January: fun.
-School: biology and probstat were the banes of my semester, other classes were average.
-Women in Engineering Day: what took up most of my time; it ran smoothly thanks to my dedicated forethought and planning.
-Spring break: Amy and David came with me to KC and we had fun (actually, we all pretty much played computer games a good portion of the time; Amy found Sims 2 and David and I were Evil Geniuses).
-LeaderShape: I'll actually write a full entry about this at a later date (hopefully soon and Reader's Digested for your reading convenience).

I could be forgetting things and probably am (those of you who lived with me: feel free to add your own highlights of the semester).

Dana graduates Sunday. Family is coming in tomorrow; I'm looking forward to seeing them. Directly after Dana's graduation, I will be leaving for Cape Girardeau to start my internship on Monday (yikes!). I'm kinda nervous about it; probably irrationally so, but I can't help it. Yesterday I moved my stuff into the apartment I'll be staying at, but didn't have a chance to unpack yet. It's a pretty sweet set up: I have my own bedroom and bathroom, while sharing the kitchen and living area with three other girls. It's fully furnished, internet and cable are both included in the low rent. I'm excited to meet the other interns I'll be living with and the ones I'll just be working with.

Anyway, I'm pretty tired and I must get up early to help clean before company comes in. Goodnight, all.
