I am a Skiing Goddess
I am a Ski Goddess. Amy can attest to this. I got up on my third try and even crossed the wake on my first outing. You must all bow down to the wonderfulness that is my skiing. I also have pictures to show, but Amy's internet is fantastically slow, so they must wait until school starts.
I'm having so much fun here at Amy's lake house. Her family is great--I love watching them banter back and forth about randomness. We stay in our swimsuits all day; it's nice. Relaxing. It's finallt starting to feel like summer, now that it's almost over.
Last night Amy and I lied out on her pier and watched the meteor shower. We didn't stay up til the climax (which was at 2:00am), but we did see a few. We disscussed our childhoods while looking up into the wide expanse that is the Milky Way. The night sky has a way of making me feel so small.
We are going to have dinner with some of Amy's high school friends tonight. I'm excited to meet them.
