I know you all have been wringing your hands in suspense over how my report writing went yesterday and today.
Yesterday I wrote 800 words. Were they good organized? No. Were they coherent? It's possible. Were they good? I certainly hope so.
I tried this new thing called "not worrying about it." It works nicely. I just type. I don't think about organization (which is what really catches me up, I think). I'll rearrange it later.
Basically, I'm not going to worry about getting it done by a certain date. When Mukund is keeping me busy, I have an excuse not to be writing. So if Suresh asks . . . Mukund kept me from it.
Today I just did data analysis. I guess it was palpable because I knew that I would be getting off early (I orgionally told Mukund 4:15, but he let me go when I was finished at 3:45). I listened to music the whole day. Sorta relaxing.
The drive home was pretty boring. There was a lot of construction and traffic getting out of St. Louis, so even though I left at 4:20, I wasn't on I-70 until well after 5:30 (usually a 40 min drive). And I was driving into Kansas City just in time to watch a very beautiful sunset (I was driving West, remember).
Just a relaxing weekend planned. I think my mom and I (and possibly my sister) will go sale shopping Monday. Cousins and aunt are coming Sunday to have a cookout (on our newly finished deck!) to celebrate the 4th. I'll drive back to StL Tuesday night.
