THREE posts? In one night? Crazy-ness.

Alright, I have some more nostalgia stuff.

I finally found some computer games that I had played in my childhood. One of them in particular had been bothering me. I couldn't remember any of the main parts of it (including the title), just screenshots in my mind and the fact that I LOVED that game. Well, I asked my mom about it, and she was like, "sure I know what you're talking about" and she helped me to find it (on 3 1/2" floppy and the internet). It's an educational DOS game called "Word Rescue" and it came out in 1993. You would go around to these different levels and collect letters to form a word in each level and save them from some villian. It involved such things as lava, books, water falls, and a worm. It was one of my all-time favorite games as a child.

I also found floppys for "Trolls" (very colorful and slightly fun to play, but hard and you can't save) and "Midnight Rescue" (a mystery game with a villian named the "Master of Michief" who was trying to paint the Shady Glen School invisible with a special paintbrush and he had 6 robots and one of them had that paintbrush, and you had to take pictures of the robots in this creepy school at night and figure out which robot had tha paintbrush. It was very nerve-wracking since the robots would just appear and scare you and you had to react quickly by pressing the space bar.) Fun times.
