Dear Ants,
While I appreciate you moving from my garden to the compost pile, I'd really like it if you wouldn't bite me when I'm putting grass clippings in the the composter. It's not my fault you decided to take up residence in a place that gets stirred up and turned over every few days. Go visit the yard nazi across the alley instead!!

Damn fire ants or whatever they are. Yesterday they got my hands when I was turning the pile and although I wore gloves today, they swarmed over my feet and got me on the ankle! Auugh!
