going to the gym in the morning for spinning class. my friend steph talked me into it. usually i just do body pump (group weight lifting class set to music, very addictive) and then i run on the evil treadmill.
ooh..now it's "I'm Too Sexy" by Right Said Fred. they are really going to have a cow......maybe i'll get up and dance in front of the tv....
