I think someone tried to scam me! I received an email from "paypal" saying that an "unauthorized user" had added themselves to my account and I needed to clink the link to let customer service know if it's legitimate. I clicked the link and a "security verification" screen came up. They wanted to verify my credit card number. So, I entered my card

That is a trick that's been out for a while. There's a similar one for ebay, so if you get a weird email like that, go right to the site, don't trust the email.
