Im really really really pissed of. My sisters step mom is a waitress at applebees and mckenzie has been asking her dad who is a GM at birch run store, to call my GM and ask why i havnt been made a server.. well toni(the step mom) said that my GM said he hasnt considered me to be a waitress because i dont work alot and i always give up my shifts.

zach started after me. When he went to quit about a month ago my GM offered him to be a server.. zach fucking called in everysingle weekend. I would cover his shifts all the time, sometimes we couldnt find anyone to cover his shifts and we would go short on people for the night. i fucking worked more than zach ever did. I have only ever ever called in if i was sick or hurt which was like 3 times. i give up my shifts because other girls ask for them because they need the money. i dont really want the money so i dont give a fuck!! its all just bullshit. i really fucking hate the place. I wouldnt give away my shifts if they were serving shifts and i was making 60-100 bucks a NIGHT. no im at the host stand making 10-20 bucks a night cleaning tables untill my arms hurt and dealing with peoples bullshit at the door!!!!!!! its not worth it!!!
i wanna just shoot myself. i have to have a job, but i cant stand my job anymore. I almost cried the other day beacuse they hired fucking two new servers and one is an idiot everyone talks about her because she is fucking dumb. she comes up and is like " do we have half off apps at 8" duh!!!!!!!! u retard. she is always asking questions and they only give her two tables a night, why not hire someone who can handle the normal 4. fucking d bags!!!!
