The Year So Far...

Jul 02, 2007 19:13

Stealing from someone else, I can't remember who, at the end of last year, I did a few posts with the year in review. For me, of course, my review was mostly about the 'media' I had 'consumed', that is - movies, tv, music and books.

So... this year I decided to keep track of such stuff from the beginning rather than having to tax my memory and perhaps miss something out. And so far, 2007 has been the year of the book for me. Even more particularly, the year of Neil Gaiman... I'm a late Gaiman reader (of course, mainly through Good Omens which he co-authored with Terry Pratchett) but have taken this year's opportunities to begin building up my Gaiman collection a bit more. Opportunities? Well, I work in the city now, and I've also signed up to Borders' weekly emails... so whenever they've got a nice big discount out on books, I make the effort to go and see if there's anything I want to buy. And sometimes there isn't. But most of the time, I come back with one extra book on the pile.

Therefore, here is the Year so far - in Books, DVDs, CDs, TV shows and movies. The movies have links to my posts with reviews in them, where applicable
