It's Saturday afternoon and I need to get down to some exciting homework, but I'm going to procrastinate for a while and update my journal.
J and I went to Long Beach today to go thrift shopping. Long Beach is kinda cool. We found really great stuff and everything was half the price it would be in LA. We found a couch, which made me so happy. We have no furniture in our apartment. A couch will make a big difference.
Last night I went to see a bunch a bands at the Fold. I'd seen most of them before. It was good to see lots of friends.
I can't believe that it's already time for the holidays. I only have three more weeks in this quarter at school. That's craziness. Grad school's been kicking my butt, but I think that I'm going to end out the quarter doing okay.
