The joys of insomnia

Yesterday's rollerblading adventure was unbelievable. Eight miles in an hour. And I'm lucky enough to have a friend whose enthusiasm makes me push myself without hating what I'm doing. The result was that we were flying those eight miles, talking all the while, and having a blast while getting in a killer workout (resulting in a terrible night's sleep). I loved every second of it. Today, a kickboxing class is on the menu. Besides one spin class, I've never participated in any class at a gym. Usually, it would be outside of my very small comfort-zone. But, I'm totally looking forward to it. However, my legs are already dead.

And, before that, I have to go with my mom to help move my grandpa's stuff from Point A to B. My brother went yesterday and he said that such work was literally bio hazardous. I'm not looking forward to it.

The great thing about imsomnia is having the morning all to one's self. But now, my mom is awake. Oh well.
