Holy crap!
So, I went to my home dojo for the first time in several months yesterday and my coach informed me that he got a call from a judo official telling him that I qualified for the 2008 Olympic Trials for the American Team.
Talk about wasted potential. I kinda wish that I hadn't stopped seriously training...then again, I'm barely recovering from a serious burnout. Mentally, I don't think I was ever meant to be a serious competitor....
But I still half regret my decision. I'm such a glory whore....
