So I had TERRIBLE dreams last night.

First I dreamed about this big dirt road thing in the forest and it was really steep and there was all of this water, and I was a cowboy and I met these people who had stolen our horses, so that was bad, so we (for some reason my mother was there) went into the horse-corral thing and chased all the horses out. I am tired of this semester. I want to have time to do stuff that I WANT to do. I have books sitting around that I want to read, and writing that I want to do, and by the time I finish everything I need to do for classes I have no interest in doing either of those things just for fun. Garrrrgh.

This is like, the cold of doom. I think it's partly because I don't get sick super often, but this feels like death. I hate being sick at school. There's no way to get out of anything.

I also got a B- on my annoyingly short paper for history. Waaaah.

I woke up early this morning with a sore throat. I lay there trying to fall back asleep and convincing myself it was strep, but when I woke up again I checked and there's nothing weird-looking in there, so I guess not. The soreness has faded into scratchiness and my nose is starting to run. Garrrgh.

I am using my lollerscope icon more wishfully than anything else, because I am not feeling very lollerscopey. I did edit the color on it, though - it always bothered me how dreary it looked. I am quite satisfied now.

So, new journal. I'm still sorting things out, so I'm sorry if things look a little wonky, but I'm ridiculously proud of the way this looks - the banner is a photograph of a collage I did, which is sort of a backwards way to have done this but I'm pleased with how it turned out. Even though it's like the size of Mount Everest up there.
