Texas driving
New observation - Texans can't drive in the rain. Much like when I lived in Southern California, when it rains here the roads get really slick from all the accumulated oil, so people suddenly drive much slower.
We're getting what I assume are the outer bands from Hurricane Dolly through today. The skies are dark and cloudy, and there is 94% humidity outside. No big wind, though, just a little rain off and on.
