I have noticed that in subdivisions like mine that seem to have a lot of manual laborers doing any number of manual labor type tasks at any given time, they have little food trucks that come around and sell food to these workers. I remember similar "roach coach" type things in California that would come around popular areas like colleges and shopping centers. They were similar to the "California Taco" trucks that park in Lacey off Sleater-Kinney near Fred Meyer and in west Olympia off Harrison near the snowboard store.
Right now my neighbors are getting their roof replaced (a lot of houses in this area have been having roofs replaced because of a major hail storm that caused some damage back in May), so the food truck has been through twice this morning. I've seen it when another neighbor was getting their roof done, and yet again when another neighbor was getting some concrete work done.
What a clever idea!
