Taught the new preschoolers for the first time today. Nerve-wracking! I think they liked me though. And jeez the kids that moved up to kindergarteners are so adorable and smart now. Walking home I had them all waving and yelling DARCY SENSEI! at me. Greatest part was when two kids were looking at my purse which has a felt hamburger and fries on it, and the girl told me the burger looked delicious.
And did I mention that the teacher I disliked the most is no longer teaching there? Fabulous.
Planning on calling home tonight. Had some stuff I bought on Amazon shipped home and one is for me but one is for my mom and I don't want her to send it on to me. She e-maiiled me that she got a package for me and was already talking about when she'd send it so I'm just going to make sure she knows not to if it's for her.
2 earthquakes today :/ one at 5 AM which woke me up and another at 9 when I was at work. Not horribly big ones but enough to freak me out. We just had one yesterday morning! Is this earthquake season or something? This makes about 4 or 5 in one week :/
