Notes for Psychics:
Kyo's actually had a pretty good life in comparison to most. He grew up in a fairly well-off family, and started training to wield the Kusanagi flames since he was about 6 or 7. He went through high school, but participating in KoF tournaments/pure laziness got in his way, so he dropped out eventually. He really doesn't regret it, but he still thinks about what could've been once in a while. Currently, his mind will probably be filled of various thoughts of beating the crap out of a certain Frenchman for what he's pulled as of the last tournament. Also the fear of what might happen if he loses his flames as well is pretty predominant in his mind.
Both his parents (Saisyu and Shizuka) are alive and well, and he has a steady girlfriend wife, Yuki.
Abilities:
Kyo has the ability to control and manipulate the Crimson Flames of the Kusanagi, which is represented by the Kusanagi no Tsurugi. If he were to lose this (which, for those of you that don't know, is a legendary sword considered to be Japan's answer to the Excalibur), he would completely lose his powers.
Can I shapeshift/bodyswap/slash/etc?:
Ergh...this one's hard to pin. xD Well, he'll initially spaz at the first two, but get used to it, so I don't think that'd be too much of a problem.
SLASH, however...
Notsomuch. It is officially confirmed that Kyo has a girlfriend. Hell, she's probably one of the most treasured possessions in his life, the others being his family, friends and motorcycle. I'm planning on having him and Yuki engaged in head canon; THEY'VE BEEN DATING FOREVER. GROW A SPINE AND ASK HER ALREADY, KUSANAGI!
Maim/Murder/Death:
Being a fighter by nature, I do expect him to be in fights. And he will do as much as he can in order to deal as much damage as possible before being knocked out if it comes to that. And contrary to the 'Fire Jesus' moniker that some give him as of KoF XI, Kyo can die. xD But I don't want him to. ;___; Kyo's too awesome to die.
Kissing/Hugging/Badtouch:
The first two, but only if they're chaste. Once again, refer to my reasoning behind 'no slash for Kyo, thanks'. He's very loyal to Yuki, and nothing will sway him from that.
Easiest way to get on his good side:
Just act like a normal human being. For all the badassery that Kyo does, he's a pretty normal guy as far as most things go. Favorite topic of conversation: fighting. And if there's anyone that knows about the KoF tournaments, nostalgia's the way to go for the most part. However, it's kind of a double-edged sword. (see below.)
Easiest way to get on his bad side:
Get cocky around him, be a general jackass, or (Hojo, I'm looking at you) threaten to experiment on him. Kyo will flip. Having been experimented on after the '97 tournament, Kyo has a very short temper for the kind of people that will use others in their 'experiments'. He also hates people that think they're god, and will usually be quick to start a fight in order to show them their place. Remind him of stuff that's painful from the KoF tournaments (aforementioned experimentation, Orochi ['97], and most recently, Chizuru ['03] and Iori's [XI] subsequent powers being stolen from them by Ash Crimson.), and he'll probably snap at you. When Kyo's pissed, you'll know.
Favorite person:
Yuki. Followed by his parents (mom before dad, he and Ichigo will be able to relate because of said fathers), and his friends. Even though he and Iori Yagami are in a blood rivalry, he does respect the Yasakani heir.
Prefers:
Ice hockey, sparring, motorcycle racing, writing poetry LOLSEKRETTALENT, being with Yuki or his family, hanging out with his friends.
