(no subject)
This morning's joy was freezing rain. My car had a nice sheen on it when I arrived at work. Fortunately, the road never looked greasy, and all the other drivers sharing it with me at the time were playing nicely and driving carefully as well. So I made it in. The temperature is supposed to rise into the high 40s to low 50s, so ice on the way home is not supposed to be an issue. I just saw someone walk by sans coat, so perhaps it has warmed up. It looks drizzly and grey, so I have no way of knowing until I step out.
I called my new salon a bit and have an appointment after work (that would NEVER happen with Nicci...never) because my hair, it is driving me crazy. It is too long and just hangs there. I need it shorter so it curls better (by itself, of course). I am also getting my eyebrows done. I will endeavor to keep them tamed until the wedding, so I'll look nice in pictures. :)
