I read some of the lucid dreaming page in Mark's entry. I've been fully lucid in dreams before, and am usually semi-lucid while I dream. The page still yielded a shocking discovery for me, though. Something I experienced at work several times and wrote off as hallucination was actually a form of lucid dreaming in which one remains conscious as

You may play video games a bit too much...but what do I know about dreams, I don't ever remember any of them or if they were lucid or not :(

That may be, but I don't see how the experience I described supports that theory.
