{51} ...Home sweet home?
This is Locket with the Wilderness report. My apologies for the late write-up.
We've come upon a vast city. I almost get a feeling of "home" here, and I found myself taking a casual stroll down one of the sidewalks. You might find it quite similar to any of the other city Wildernesses we've encountered, but there have been at least a few hundred years of technological evolution. The video signs and informational strips seem in a bit of disrepair, but otherwise there seems to be no danger here. We haven't been able to glean much from the damaged signs.
I think I might acquire a few pieces of equipment for my own use, and if you're feeling tech-savvy, I suggest you do the same.
The city's so empty, though. It's quiet... almost too quiet. A place like this should be thriving, bustling and full of people. The sound of cars, bikes, and human conversation... without it, it feels so unsettling.
I shall finish my investigation tonight regardless, once I find a few of my teammates. They seem to have wandered off.
