Farmshare leftovers stir fry

The fridge is full of dying produce. And so I scrounged up what's not dead and made this:



Stir fry with:

tofu
carrot
eggplant
red bell pepper
banana pepper
somen noodles
"szchehuan" stir fry sauce
"satay" peanut sauce

I ate two bowl fulls.
